Personalised consultations
The set-up of the event can be personalised to show consultation materials through pop up banners, table plans, drawings, videos, sound demonstrations and virtual reality, adding to the users experience whilst providing the opportunity to access all the materials and documentation required to ensure a robust consultation.
Each event has a chat function so experts can be on hand remotely to answer questions as visitors look around the materials, much as you would at a traditional event. The instant feedback tool also allows consultation feedback to be captured and saved for analysis and accurate reporting.
