In 2015, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) announced its plans to bring its employees together in new regional centers – the largest office transformation program in the UK.
Bringing all HMRC employees together to drive collaboration, flexible working and productivity requires the innovative use of digitalization. We are working with HMRC to develop and deliver these future-proof workspaces, using building information modelling to make them easier to visualize.
The centers are being 3D modeled in REVIT to BIM Level 2 standards. Through a single platform approach, we have been able to complete RIBA Stage 3, Developed Design, to a level of detail that is unparalleled for a workplace fit-out in just eight weeks.
